Wonderful selection of local beers! The food is very tasty. The staff are attentive and friendly. The environment is noisy, so be prepared for that - or just enjoy if that is no big deal for you.

Bright and airy bar with a big selection of beer and bites. The poutine and broccoli salad were fantastic! The rose cider was bright and refreshing. Great place to stop while shopping in the neighborhood.

Lovely beer stop on our walk down St Laurent. Love buying beer directly from the brewery. We didn't eat anything, the beer was good!

Very nice place to chill and have a beer with friends, not very loud you can have a conversation which I mostly liked. They have good variety of their own beers. The atmosphere is also great. The decoration is really nice and service is perfect. I can’t really comment on food because I didn’t order any. I highly recommend it. Definitely going back there.

Siboire Saint-Laurent is a delightful microbrewery tucked away on “The Main” (Saint-Laurent Street) in Montreal. Here’s why it’s a must-visit: Tasty Eats: I thoroughly enjoyed their burger—it was juicy and flavorful. The fish and chips were equally delightful, with a crispy crust that hit the spot. Microbrewery Love: As one of my favorite microbreweries in Montreal, Siboire never disappoints. Their beer selection is diverse, and they’re always adapting to customer preferences—a rare quality! Charming Ambiance: The cozy interior and outdoor terrace create a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a laid-back evening. Conversation-Friendly: The music volume is just right—loud enough to set the mood but not overpowering. You can chat without shouting—a big plus! Siboire combines great food, friendly service, and a relaxed vibe. Cheers to good times!

Drinks are really cool. Love their commitment to beers and adding them to their food menu, but in a tasty way. Their food is actually really good, and pairs nicely with their beers. Personally recommend trying their Cherry beer (ipa?) IT ACTUALLY SMELLS LIKE CHERRIES. AND TASTES LIKE CHERRIES. Waitress was a really sweet (a bit slow) but otherwise really nice, and accommodating. Their "Tiramistout " is one of my fav Tiramisu, like the subtle taste (of something) really makes it stand out. I consider myself a Tiramisu amateur. Recommendation to the cook : you should try making a dessert with pears with the beer used in the tiramisu.
